We are a busy restaurant in Winnipeg Manitoba that is specialized in Japanese & Korean cuisine. We are looking for a head chef who is responsible for managing all activities of the kitchen including:
– Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
– Maintain the records of food cost and inventory
– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staffs
– Recruit and training staff
