Experience:
3 yea to less than 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate and plan daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Analyze market trends and consumer demand
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Implement pricing and credit policies
Source and procure merchandise for resale
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Determine staffing requirements
Address customer concerns, complaints, and operational issues
Recruit, hire, and supervise staff or volunteers
Oversee payroll administration
Conduct performance evaluations
Supervise office and support staff
