Salary: CAD 24.00/hour, 37.50~40 hours per week;

Job Responsibilities:

×          Hands-on childcare, working with 2 1/2 - 6 and OOSC up to K10 children;

×          Assist in planning, implementing Montessori curriculum;

×          Contribute, propose and implement play-based indoor/outdoor activities;

×          Learn, adopt and manage all CCLR relevant policies to maintain compliance with VCH;

×          Develop, assist and implement variety of childcare activities, care routines - Review and adhere to Employee Policy Handbook/Manual - Maintain safety and supervision of children at all times;

×          Execute all daily routines within compliance to CCLR;

×          Apply learning technics in promoting Early Years Learning Framework;

×          Dedicate yourself to provide secure, respectful support to children;

×          Continually evaluate children’s learning and their well-being;

×          Maintain highest levels of respect for diversity;
